Formspree Teams allows you to add teammates to view and manage all aspects of your Formspree account. Teammates who are admins are able to perform actions such as create, edit, and delete forms and/or projects. They can additionally edit billing information.
Creating a new team
To create a new team, click on the team picker in the top left of the Formspree dashboard. Select Create Team and choose your team name.
Once your team has been created, you'll immediately be switched to it.
Billing for new teams
New teams will start on a Teams Trial plan. The teams trial lasts for 14 days to allow you to add other teammates to your account so they can set up billing information. Any teammates you add can visit the Billing section of your account to provide a payment method. Your account will still be subject to the limits of the free plan until you start a subscription.
To remove account limitations and start a subscription before your trial ends, you can start your subscription at any time. Select Start subscription from the Billing section of your account. You'll have the option to choose an plan and period length before you complete the payment information.
If you add a payment method, we'll automatically upgrade you to the Professional plan at the end of your trial. If you don't want to be upgraded, you can click Cancel subscription at any time before the end of your trial to avoid starting a subscription to the Professional plan.
Converting an existing account to a team
If you already have forms and projects that you want to share with teammates, you can convert your existing personal account into a team account.
To do so, visit the Team section of your account and convert your account to a team. After choosing a name, your account will be ready to add teammates for collaboration.
Billing for converted teams
Converted teams will inherit the same billing cycle as your existing account. For example, if your billing cycle was on the 10th of each month, and you converted to a team account on the 15th of the month, you'll continue to be charged on the 10th of each month. If you change to a different plan so you can have more team members, your billing cycle will reset to the day you changed your plan, and we'll prorate any changes in pricing.
